Mentees are matched with mentors based on their background, goals, interests, and preferences.
Orientation
Mentors and mentees participate in an orientation session to learn about the mentorship program and network with mentees and mentors.

Mentors and mentees meet regularly to review the recommended mentorship topics, discuss progress, share insights, and address challenges.
Quarterly Event
In-person networking opportunity with fellow mentors and mentees which include site visits at Korean-Canadian owned businesses, mentor spotlights, lunch & learns and other events.
