2025 Camp Korea Registration

I hereby acknowledge that participation in Camp Korea and camp-related activities is at the sole discretion and judgment of the parent or guardian and involves an inherent risk of personal injury.

I, on behalf of my son/daughter, hereby assume all such risk. I hereby release and agree to hold harmless Camp Korea, C3 Korean Canadian Society (“C3 Society”) and its volunteers from all claims, actions, damages and liabilities for personal injury or damage relating to or arising out of any camp activity except where the injury or damage is caused by the gross negligence of the camp’s volunteers.

In allowing my child to attend Camp Korea, I, the undersigned, permit my child to participate in the full range of camp activities and authorize the Camp Director or his/her appointee, in the event of a serious accident or illness affecting this above named camper to authorize on my behalf all procedures, including admission to hospital and necessary treatment therein, as he/she may deem essential for the care and well-being of the camper. Such action is only to be taken when immediate contact with the undersigned cannot be made. It is understood that Camp Korea is not responsible for medical care costs.

캠프 코리아 및 캠프 관련 활동에 참여하는 것은 부모 또는 보호자의 재량과 판단에 있으며, 부상의 위험이 내재되어 있음을 인정합니다.

저는 제 아들/딸을 대신하여 이 모든 위험을 감수합니다. 저는 캠프의 자원봉사자들의 중대한 과실로 인해 부상 또는 손해가 발생하는 경우를 제외하고 캠프 활동과 관련되거나 발생하는 모든 개인 상해 또는 손해에 대한 청구, 조치, 손해 및 책임으로부터 캠프 코리아, C3 한인회(“C3 Society”) 및 그 자원봉사자들을 석방하고 이에 동의합니다.

본인은 본인의 자녀가 캠프코리아에 참가할 수 있도록 함에 있어 위 명의의 캠프커에 영향을 미치는 중대한 사고나 질병이 발생한 경우 본인을 대신하여 모든 절차를 허가하고, 캠핑하는 사람의 관리와 웰빙을 위해 필수적인 것으로 간주될 수 있으므로 입원 및 필요한 치료를 포함합니다. 이러한 조치는 서명자와 즉시 연락할 수 없는 경우에만 수행해야 합니다. 캠프 코리아는 의료비에 대한 책임이 없는 것으로 파악됩니다.
